Delete your Alpha AI account

Alpha AI (app id space.alphasuperintelligence.app) lets you delete your account and all data linked to it at any time.

In the app or on the web

1. Open Alpha and sign in with Google.
2. Tap your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account & data, type DELETE and confirm.

What gets deleted

Right away: your chats and messages, shared chat and Build links, memories, uploaded documents, usage history, feedback, training opt-in data, and your Alpha sign-in (Firebase) account. Chats saved only on your device are cleared from that device. Database backups held by our hosting provider expire on their normal schedule.

Kept: anonymous, aggregated counts (visits, downloads) with no link to you, and safety reports others filed, for up to 120 days.

Can't sign in? Send a request

We'll confirm it's your Google account and delete your data within 30 days.
