Download Alpha AI

Thin native shells that open Alpha in a WebView / desktop window. Alpha AI for Android, macOS and Windows. These are direct downloads, not Play Store, Mac App Store or Microsoft Store listings. You can also install the web app from your browser.

Android

Download the APK, then open the file to install. First-cut builds are unsigned/debug — enable Install unknown apps for your browser or file manager.

Sideload only — not listed on the Play Store. Allow installs from this source when prompted.

macOS

Pick the version for your Mac (Apple menu → About This Mac: “Chip: Apple M…” = Apple Silicon, “Processor: Intel” = Intel). Open the DMG and drag Alpha AI to Applications.

First launch

In Applications, right-click(or Control-click) Alpha AI → Open →Open.
If it’s still blocked: System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway.
If macOS says the app is “damaged”, open Terminal and runxattr -cr "/Applications/Alpha AI.app", then open it again.

Alpha AI isn’t on the Mac App Store yet, so macOS asks once. Needs macOS 11 or newer.

Windows

Windows 10 or 11. Most PCs need the standard (x64) installer; pick ARM only for Snapdragon / Copilot+ PCs.

Click More info →Run anyway. Alpha AI isn’t in the Microsoft Store yet, so SmartScreen warns on new apps.
